Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and haircare products, we can only accept returns if items are:

  • Unopened, unused, and sealed
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition in which they were received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or unsealed skincare or haircare products, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Approved returns should be sent to:

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

We encourage all customers to carefully review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before full use.

As individual skin and hair responses vary, we are unable to offer refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivity, provided the product is otherwise compliant and as described. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a new item is to place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
